UHMWPE Fiber is one of three major hitech fibers (specifically the Carbon, Kevlar and UHMWPE) and toughest fiber in the world.
UHMWPE Fiber is made of Ultrahigh Molecular Poyethlene(UHMWPE) passing frozen-glue silk and Ultra-times drawing, the formal inter-binding and disorderly PE molecules are gradually unbinded, and reaches a high level of orientation and crystallization, making fiber light, soft,strong, modulus. Moreover, it has features of anti-UV, anti-lashing, anti-erosion and so on. Basic features of fiber are as follow:
*High strength:10times stronger than the high-quality steel of the same section in intension

*Low density:0.97, and floatable on water;

The melting point of UHMWPE Fiber is between 144 to 152 degree. The highter the temperature is, the lower the strength and modulus will be, but there in nearly no changes below 0 degree.There is no brittle point the temperature lower than -150 degree. So this fiber can be applied at the tempererature ranging from -150 to 70 degree and there is no sharp decline of the product's property and if it is exposed in short time on condition of 110 degree environment.
